Step 1

Make sure the unit is spinning up properly. The unit should spin up to 1000 to 1200 RPM in test mode. Being able to spin properly will get the most water out and make the drying step easier.

Dry times in washer dryer combos can vary. In non-vented, or ventless units, it can take between 45 minutes and three hours for a single load to dry.

Step 2

If the unit isn’t drying, make sure, if you’re drying a full load, you separate it by ½,

“For effective drying performance, don’t load the drum more than half full.”

Also make sure the cold-water valve is opening correctly and is getting good flow.

Also make sure the cold-water valve is opening correctly and is getting good flow, remove and clean the screens, the condensate units must have cold water to dry the clothes.

In the drying steps, there should be a mist from the dry water valve. There’s a restrictor in the drying valve, if its missing or misaligned, it will put too much water in the unit and the clothes wont dry.

Remove foreign objects and soak the filters in white vinegar or a lime scale remover. If using a lime scale remover, follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Be careful not to damage the filters while cleaning them.
