Step 1

For a “No Power” issue, the first step is to confirm that the home power supply is working properly before checking the device itself. You can:

Verify the outlet check the outlet for 120Vac with your meter.

Check the wiring at the junction box for any visible damage or loose connections,

make sure there is 120Vac there.

Step 2

Most dishwashers will have a filter board that the power runs through. Check for 120 Vac going into and out of the filter board.

Note: Some models will not have a filter board, and the power will enter straight into the Main PCB, check there for voltage.

Step 3

Check the LED on the Main PCB. If it is lit up after the power button is pressed there should be no problem with the Main PCB.

Step 4

If you have power to the unit, power to the Main PCB and the LED is ON, and still no power on status, check the voltage at the Display PCB.

If you have power, (16.5 Vdc), to the Display PCB, and still no power on status, replace the Display PCB. If there is no power to Display PCB check the continuity of the harness.
