Step 1

Symptoms:

  1. 1. The handle for using the Easy Load door does not work well.
  2. Easy Load door does not open/close.

Door defects occur due to a defect in the connector bar that operates when the handle is pressed for easy load door operation.

  3. Repair Guide : After checking the model and serial number, replace the door connector bar.
  1. Repair Steps
  2. Open the door and remove the screws of the upper and lower hinges, the lower hinges will be very short

2. Removing the Door

  1. Open the door and remove the screws of the upper and lower hinges, the lower hinge screws will be very short

3. Lift the door upward and remove the Door.

  1. Remove the 12 screws from the Door.
  1. Remove the two screws on the upper central handle holder bar.

6. Remove the Handle Holder Bar by pushing it upward

7. Hold the upper hinge and lift to disassemble the Connector Bar Assembly.

8. Disassemble the hinge from the removed connector bar.

9. Remove the supporter’s screw.

10. After removing the supporter, bracket, and spring, replace the connector bar.

11. Assemble the supporter, bracket, and spring and tighten the screws

12. Assemble the hinge to the connector bar.

13. Assemble the connector bar to the door according to its position

After assembling the connector bar, check whether the hook is assembled in the correct position.

14. After assembling the Handle Holder Bar, fasten the two screws.

Assemble the holder bar so that it fits under the damper.

15. Insert the Inner Frame into position.

Adjust the lower position first and then assemble.

16. When assembling the inner frame, move the hook to adjust its position so that the hook is not restricted to the inner frame.

17. Lift the door and fit the upper and lower hinges into the brackets of the cabinet cover.

18. Assemble the hinge screws.

19. Open and close the Side / Hamper directions alternately to check for any abnormalities in operation.
