If the unit has slow dispensing water, check for small, hollow ice cubes.
This could indicate low water pressure; pressure should be between 20 ~ 120 psi.
Fill rate can be tested with a measuring cup and stopwatch. Normal range to fill 8 oz. is approximately 3.5 to 8 seconds.
If you have verified the water flow is too slow, and home pressure is normal, remove the water filter and see if flow increases.
Older units will need a water filter bypass to run without filter. New models have an internal bypass.
If water flow increases, replace water filter.
Make sure there are no kinked water lines and check the service valves and make sure they’re open all the way.
Try turning the service valves off and then opening them up again, if there’s debris in the line or valves, this may help flush them out.
Conditions that will cause low water pressure.

On this older side by side side the water lines to the dispenser are routed under the cabinet and get crushed either on install when moving, inspect and make sure no damage is done to them.
Water valves. The water valves must work together to dispense water, the Pilot valve and secondary dispenser water valve.
