If the icemaker tray is completely stuck upside down and will not return to the home position, the icemaker is defective.
Make sure and check for wiring issues that could cause this condition.
Problems with the Hall Sensor Circuit can make the icemaker lose position. Make sure there are no wiring issues between the Main PCB and the Left Hinge Connector or from the Hinge to the Icemaker.
Check the continuity of Hall Sensor Wires from Main PCB through hinge connector to icemaker. If there’s a break repair issue or replace door. If no wiring issue is found and the issue happens with multiple icemakers, replace the Main PCB.
Tilted Tray
If the tray is tilted, this is a normal condition. The tray will tilt after about an hour after fill so that the cold air can reach it better.
Tilted for more than an hour
If the tray has been tilted for over an hour, reset the icemaker. Simply turn the icemaker Off and back On and give it 24 hours to return to making ice.
Ice maker stay tilt i home position. Not level tray and spill water making ice colum and not making more ice.
