No Power or Intermittent Power

Check the customers power source, 240V or 208V is needed.

Check the Thermostats. They must be closed.

If you have correct power from the wall outlet to the Main , replace the Main PCB.

No Power Step 1

Check your source voltage

If the unit requires 240Vac or 208Vac see the configurations below 3 wire or 4 wire receptacles

Must have 120 Vac from neutral to L1 for the unit to power up.

No Power Step 2

Check the Thermostats

The thermostats should be closed and have continuity.

*Check the schematic for your model.

If you have correct power from the outlet to the Main PCB, replace the Main PCB. 

Intermittent Power Step 1

Check the Breaker for the unit.

A weak breaker in the Oven / Range circuit may be tripping.

Intermittent Power Step 2

Check the temperature sensor.

When checking the temperature sensor. At ambient room temp (65º± 5%). It should read approximately 1.06k Ω. If the Temperature Probe is not reading correctly, it could cause the oven to shut down prematurely.
