Step 1

If all burners do not light then check the gas supply coming in to the home. Is the gas supply in the OPEN position? If it’s closed, turn the gas valve to the OPEN position and try turning the burner on again.

Step 2

Check for igniter making clicking noise and if does make a clicking noise then check the burner cap installation.

Step 3

Be sure for LP usage the regulator cap has been flipped to LP and the orifice nozzles have been changed out properly.

Step 4

Check that the igniters do make a spark. If igniter does not have a spark then check the ignitor switch for proper operation and you may need to replace the spark module.

Step 5

Check the orifice for soot or build up and they may need to be cleaned.

Step 6

Check for 120 volts going to the ignition switches and to the ignition transformer (spark module).
