How to level and align doors

Doors are Uneven
There are two methods to raise the refrigerator doors to level them. Some models will have an adjustable nut on the lower door hinge, while others will use snap rings to raise the door.
If the unit requires snap rings, two rings will be included inside the customer care pack along with the service manual and spanner wrench.
One of the below types of snap ring will be included in the package with the service manual:
• Type A : Used for both the left and right doors when there are no adjustable nuts.
• Type B : Used for the left door as additional support with adjustable nuts. Only Type A is available as a service part;
Type B is included only with the initial purchase and not provided as a service part.
- Lift the door with the door open
- Lift the oval washer
- Insert the snap ring under the oval washer
※ Insert the snap ring on one of the two pins.

There is a difference of the Opening / Closing Force bertween the left and right door
Why does the feel of opening and closing refrigerator doors differ?
This is because the opening and closing structure of the refrigerator door varies by model
Type2) The left door features an auto-closing function that closes automatically from an angle of about 30 degrees, while the right door is designed to lock with a latch at an angle of about 10 degrees, requiring it to be pushed by hand to close, so they feel different from each other.
Type4) The left door features an semi auto-closing function that closes automatically from an angle of about 25 degrees,
The Refrigerator Door feels like it gets stuck just before it closes.
The right door of Types 2 and 4 features a latch-type door stopper structure.
This device ensures a more secure seal on the gap, even when the door is frequently opened and closed.
Doors equipped with this device may feel slightly stuck just before closing, which is due to the latch mechanism.
When the door is pushed slightly, the latch engages properly, completely sealing the gap and preventing cold air from leaking in.
Door slows down near the end of Automatic closing.
The door of Types 3 features a soft damping closing structure. It is equipped with a feature that reduces impact when the door closes, helping it close smoothly all the way.
If the door closes completely and properly, it is operating normally and can be used with confidence.

When open and close the refrigerator door, the other door poped open. / The other door opens and closes slightly
This may be due to internal air pressure caused by cold air circulation, which is normal.
There is a passage that allows cold air to circulate between the freezer and refrigerator compartments. When you open and close one refrigerator door, external air and internal pressure may be pushed toward the opposite door, causing it to wobble slightly.
If the door closes properly after wobbling, this is not a product defect, so you can use the refrigerator with confidence.
