No Cool Troubleshooting

AIRFLOW ISSUES

Is the unit installed correctly so that it can breathe? If the unit is installed in an improperly sized enclosure, it can cause elevated temperatures because of the lack of airflow. Remember that the refrigerator is moving heat from inside the unit out into the room and needs space to accomplish this.

*Check the installation clearances needed for your specific Model.

1/8 inch on each Side
1 inch on Top
2 inches in the back

Check for food storage problems that can cause airflow issues. When units are overstocked with food it can also cause doors to not close properly. Customer education may be needed in cases like the below:

Dirty Condensers will reduce airflow through the coil and keep the refrigerant from releasing its heat. This will reduce cooling efficiency and cause pressures and amp draw to increase. Try cleaning the coil to see if your temps will return to normal. At the same time make sure the condenser fan blades are clean to ensure proper airflow.

Check Temp Sensor Values

If everything else is checking good, before tapping into the Sealed System, check the thermistor values, if a thermistor is reading wrong and is satisfied before reaching proper set temp this can cause a poor cool issue.

Check For Hidden Error Codes

It sometimes takes 3hrs for error codes to display by themselves. But by holding the (Freezer and Ice Plus) buttons you can pull up error codes that might exist but are not displaying on their own yet. If the Display shows 88 88 then there are no hidden codes.
