3-Way Valve Jig Training Video and Helpful Info

The quickest way to test 3-Way Valve operation is to use Quick Connect Couplers and the 3-Way Valve Jig:
As shown in the picture above, Connect the Quick Connect Coupler to the main capillary tube. (This would be the capillary tube that connects to the filter drier). Then plug the Jig into the 3-Way Valve so that you can easily change direction yourself!
Then apply up to 200PSI if nitrogen to check flow through the capillary tube and low side of the sealed system.
Special Tip:
If your Quick Coupler does not have fittings small enough to use with the small capillary tubes…
You can use the discharge plug that came in the compressor, and with slight modification it can be used along with your coupler to help seal to the capillary tube:
