If the OLP opens it will kill power to everything. Before replacing the main board check voltage. If OLP is good you will read 0 vac across OLP. If OLP is bad you will read 120 volts across OLP.

8-14 ohms resistance on each winding.
All windings should be equal.
Voltage testing from main board
The above test was done after 10 minutes of run time,
between any 2 phases you should see around 160 Vac.
Amperage for any one of the wires should read around 0.2 Amps on your clamp meter.

Compressor winding resistance value should be 8 ~ 14 ohms between any two wires.

What is OLP? It is not explained on this page.
The OLP (Over Load Protection) functions as a safety device. In this application, it acts like a blown fuse—if it is open, the compressor will not start.
